We encourage a scout to complete this online form to request a blue card for a merit badge. Please note that all fields are required.

Troop 380 Merit Badge Policy:
Ultimately, the scoutmaster will approve that a scout may begin working on a merit badge by signing his blue card.

1. Scouts should only be working on THREE Eagle-Required merit badges at a point in time. Before you begin a fourth Eagle-Required merit badge -- you must get Mr. Yenny's permission BEFORE requesting a blue card.
2. Scouts are encouraged to work on no more than FIVE total merit badges at the same time. Before you begin a sixth merit badge -- you must get Mr. Yenny's permission BEFORE requesting a blue card.

Before requesting a blue card, please consider the following:
1. Review the requirements for the merit badge.
2. Discuss these requirements with your family. There may be some items that require their cooperation.
3. Determine whether you are really ready to tackle ALL of the requirements.
